Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, and depth-oriented.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to understand their patterns - in addition to managing symptoms, shifting the underlying dynamics that keep them stuck.
My goal is to offer a warm and safe space where you can openly share what’s on your heart and mind, free from any judgment. Together, we’ll create a trusting connection, guiding you toward the positive changes you’re seeking. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or burnout, facing relationship challenges, or coping with grief, I’m here for you. I take a collaborative approach, helping to uncover where you feel stuck, so we can rediscover the strengths and tools already within you.
I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and focused therapy intensives.
For thoughtful adults navigating anxiety and overthinking who want to go beyond coping strategies - seeking clarity, understanding, and lasting change.
